Terms of Service
01. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TilliT Shopify application (“App”) and related services provided by Deepl Blockchain Technologies (Private) Limited (“TilliT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you (“Merchant”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
02. Description of the Service
TilliT provides a platform that enables merchants to:
- Analyze and verify supply chain documents and certifications
- Map product data to supporting evidence
- Generate verification statuses, trust badges, and proof logs
- Display consumer-facing trust information within e-commerce stores
TilliT may use artificial intelligence and automated processes to support these functions.
03. Eligibility and Account Requirements
To use the App you must:

- —Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
- —Provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and any credentials associated with the App.
04. Data Access and Permissions
By installing the App, you authorize TilliT to access and process certain Shopify store data as required to deliver the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your data. TilliT acts as a data processor for the purposes of providing the App.
05. Acceptable Use
You agreed not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated documents or claims
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Use the App in a manner that violates Shopify’s terms or applicable laws
06. Verification and Disclaimer of Guarantees
TilliT provides verification outputs based on:

- —Third-party documents and certifications.
- —Automated and AI-based analysis.
Important:
- —TilliT does not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness
- —Verification statuses (e.g., VERIFIED, PARTIAL, NOT VERIFIED) are probabilistic and dependent on available evidence
- —TilliT does not act as a certifying authority or regulatory body
TilliT provides verification outputs based on:
- —The accuracy of product claims.
- —Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- —Marketing and labeling decisions.
07. Billing and Payments
7.1 Shopify Billing
All charges for the App are processed through Shopify’s billing system.
7.2 Pricing Plans
- Pricing, features, and limits are defined in the App listing and within the App
- Free trials, if offered, will convert to paid plans unless canceled
7.3 Charges
You authorize Shopify to charge you for applicable subscription fees and usage charges.
7.4 Refunds
Refunds are subject to Shopify policies and are handled at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
08. Subscription Changes and Cancellation
- —You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time via Shopify
- —Changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle
- —You may cancel your subscription by uninstalling the App
Upon uninstallation:

09. Data Retention and Deletion
TilliT retians and deletes data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property
10.1 TilliT Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, algorithms, and designs, remain the property of TilliT.
10.2 Merchant Data
You retain ownership of your data and content.
10.3 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your business operations.
11. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services (including Shopify). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
TilliT is not responsible for third-party services.
12. Service Availability and Modifications
We may :

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- TilliT’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 3 months
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Regulatory penalties.
- Business interruption.
- Data inaccuracies.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TilliT from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
