Organic Forbidden® Rice: what TilliT checked so far, below
Paying TilliT changes how fast a check is reviewed and how much help a merchant gets — it never changes a result. Only new evidence does. This assessment ran the identical automated methodology whether or not this merchant has ever worked with TilliT.

Not yet checked by TilliT1 claim
This is a real certification or claim type, but TilliT doesn't verify it yet. It is shown here so you know the product makes the claim — not as a judgement either way. Check it yourself using the note next to each one.
- What is this?
Kosher
On the page: “pink textured background gluten-free kosher non-gmo organic vegan wholegrain”
What it means: A kosher-certifying agency has reviewed the product against Jewish dietary law, usually with on-site rabbinical supervision.
Why TilliT doesn't verify it: Kosher certification is granted by independent agencies (OU, OK, Star-K, KOF-K and others). TilliT doesn't verify the kosher claim itself. (It does read the Orthodox Union's product data on some checks, but only as an indirect signal for a dairy-free claim — never to confirm kosher status.)
How to check it yourself: Look for the certifying agency's symbol on the package (a letter mark such as OU, OK, Star-K or KOF-K), then search that agency's online product database for the brand.
Outside TilliT's checks2 claims
These are marketing or nutrition-label descriptions rather than independently certified claims, so they aren't something TilliT verifies.
- What is this?
Whole grain
On the page: “using healthier organic, heirloom and whole grain rice”
What it means: A claim about whole-grain content.
Why TilliT doesn't verify it: There is a third-party Whole Grain Stamp (Oldways Whole Grains Council), but the bare words are a label claim. TilliT doesn't check the stamp register yet.
How to check it yourself: Look for whole grains first in the ingredient list, or a Whole Grain Stamp with a gram figure.
- What is this?
No preservatives / No artificial additives
On the page: “and fiber. Allergen Free Oil- Free No Additives Ingredients: Organic Black Rice. About”
What it means: A claim about what the product does not contain.
Why TilliT doesn't verify it: "No preservatives / additives" claims are label claims regulated by the FDA, not third-party certified.
How to check it yourself: Read the full ingredient list.
TilliT also looked for fair trade claim. None appear on this product's page, so there was nothing to verify.

- The seller's own informationProduct page labelling text
The product's own labelling states a country of origin of 'Black Dragon River region of Ch'. Origin statements are regulated on-label claims, not third-party certifications.
“This medium-size heirloom rice is grown in the Black Dragon River region of China's sub-arctic Northeast provinces, and is a natural source of antioxidants (anthocyanins), magnesium, protein and fiber.”
What this means: This is the seller's own statement about where the product comes from. It is useful context, but it has not been independently checked.
Open source - The seller's own informationBrand sourcing / ingredients page
The brand publishes a page about its own suppliers / sourcing. This is the company's own account of its supply chain — worth reading, but not an independently verified supplier list.
