Burnt Caramel: full evidence for each claim below
Paying TilliT changes how fast a check is reviewed and how much help a merchant gets — it never changes a result. Only new evidence does. This assessment ran the identical automated methodology whether or not this merchant has ever worked with TilliT.

Not yet checked by TilliT1 claim
This is a real certification or claim type, but TilliT doesn't verify it yet. It is shown here so you know the product makes the claim — not as a judgement either way. Check it yourself using the note next to each one.
- What is this?
Compostable / Recyclable / Biodegradable packaging
On the page: “artificial sweeteners, fair trade, recyclable packaging Caramel Chocolate Bars Dark”
What it means: A claim about what happens to the packaging after use.
Why TilliT doesn't verify it: Some of these are certified (e.g. BPI / TÜV OK Compost / How2Recycle) and some are unqualified marketing. TilliT doesn't check the certification schemes yet.
How to check it yourself: Look for a certifier's mark (BPI, OK Compost, How2Recycle) and check your local facilities accept it.
Outside TilliT's checks2 claims
These are marketing or nutrition-label descriptions rather than independently certified claims, so they aren't something TilliT verifies.
- What is this?
Cold-pressed / Unrefined / Stone-ground
On the page: “Just try to stop at one bite. Our raw cane sugar, lush organic cream, and pastured”
What it means: A description of how the product was made.
Why TilliT doesn't verify it: These are process descriptions with no certified definition for most foods.
How to check it yourself: Ask the maker what the term means for this specific product.
- What is this?
No preservatives / No artificial additives
On the page: “ingredients, no corn ingredients, no additives, no artificial sweeteners, fair trade”
What it means: A claim about what the product does not contain.
Why TilliT doesn't verify it: "No preservatives / additives" claims are label claims regulated by the FDA, not third-party certified.
How to check it yourself: Read the full ingredient list.
TilliT also looked for allergen-free, vegan claims. None appear on this product's page, so there was nothing to verify.

Supply chain & sourcing
Who makes and moves this product, and where it comes from, from public sources only. It's background context, not evidence for or against any badge claim.
No public information about this product's manufacturer, distributor, or ingredient sources was found. Most brands don't publish sourcing detail like this, and packaged-goods labels often name only a distributor or the brand owner. You can ask the seller directly for a supplier or sourcing statement.
Does this apply to the exact batch or lot you're buying?
Batch-level coverage cannot be inferred from public product page claims.
- Active batch mapping requires merchant-provided data via TilliT verification.
